The walk up to Gibraltar Rock is a great little hike near Kamloops, (in BC, Canada) which will reward you with fantastic views of Paul Lake. Skunk Cabbage Boardwalk is a short (and super easy) walk that is a great place to stretch your legs between Revelstoke and Banff. The Giant Cedars Boardwalk Trail is right by the main road from Revelstoke to Banff. It would be easy to drive straight past (we did the first two times!)
