Your vehicle will do most of the hard work for you, so you start above 1800m. There are two easy hiking trails that have incredible views. Jewel Lake Provincial Park is a great spot to go car camping close along Highway 3 between Osoyoos and Grand Forks in BCs Boundary Country. It’s not possible to book sites, so you need to just show up and choose a spot on a first come first served basis. Texas Creek Campground in Gladstone Provincial Park is a great place to go camping for waterbabies. The campground is just above Christina Lake, with plenty of paths down to the lake shore.
