The walk from Cuxton to Detling isn’t quite as amazing as the previous walk through so many bluebell woods BUT it did have some gorgeous views. Plus the few patches of bluebells were spectacular this week. It is still an excellent walk for flowers! We were both really glad we escaped London for the day! The North Downs Way – Section 6: Otford to Cuxton (with Bluebells!)

This is the sixth section on the North Downs Way to Dover. It starts in the lovely village of Otford, and finishes in Cuxton, close to Rochester. There is a good mixture of walking along the top of the Downs, though open countryside and through gorgeous woodland. There is quite a lot of up-and-down sections on this walk, but the effort is definitely worth it for the views. If you need a map for this walk, I found one online…
