Alouette Mountain is one of those mountains that I have been meaning to explore for a while. I knew most of the 20km trail is within forest, so I thought of it as a Shinrin yoku or forest bathing hike. I went on my first hike with Vancouver’s hiking group, Wanderung. I loved it! Wanderung is a outdoor club with a couple of thousand(!) members.
