Panther Falls is large waterfall cascading into an energetic plunge that is possible to get right up close to. It’s incredible and very wet! You can’t see this waterfall from the road, and it is not listed on most maps/brochures for the Icefields Parkway. Glacier Lake is located in a lovely valley halfway between Jasper and Banff, near Saskatchewan River Crossing. It is one of the trails that thaws out early(ish) in the summertime, and it is not particularly difficult. Middle North Saskatchewan Falls or Ci Fuentes is an impressive waterfall that forces it’s way through a slot canyon near the Big Bend of the Icefields Parkway in the Canadian Rockies. This waterfall is not famous. I couldn’t find it listed on the tourist maps, although there is a viewpoint listed at the apex of the Big Bend.
