The Faja de Pelay is one of the most gorgeous areas to walk in Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park within the Spanish Pyrenees. The pathway is on a ledge halfway up the Ordesa Canyon, so you will be treated to fantastic views down into the valley, and over to the opposite cliffs. The walk up to Gibraltar Rock is a great little hike near Kamloops, (in BC, Canada) which will reward you with fantastic views of Paul Lake. Paul Lake Provincial Park is a pretty place to visit, less than 30 minutes drive from Kamloops.
